If the office is unattended your call may be transferred to our answerphone service. If you would like us to call you back, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If you call is urgent, please email info@sunandsnow.com.au as our email is checked regularly.
Delivery and Charges
We aim to dispatch all orders within on the day that they are ordered. However, we reserve the right to dispatch orders within 5 working days. All orders are sent by regular Parcel Post unless requested otherwise.
Orders within Australia
Order value up to $40 – postage will be $5.95
Order value up to $80 – postage will be $7.95
Order value up to $150 – postage will be $10.95
Express Post – Flat fee of $12.95. Orders must be placed before 2pm.
International Deliveries
We are happy to deliver overseas. Standard charges for parcels up to 500g are as follows:
Zone A New Zealand - $15
Zone B Asia/Pacific - $18
Zone C USA/Canada/Middle East - $20
Zone D Rest of World - $13
If your parcel is large and weighs considerably more than 500g we will contact you with additional postage costs before sending.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Your credit/debit card will be processed when orders are placed. If, for any reason, we cannot supply the item you require we will contact you immediately. You can then choose to wait for your order, choose an alternative product or opt for a refund.
We take the security of our customer's financial information very seriously and have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that it remains safe at all times. By using PayPal, Sun and Snow does not view your credit cards details, which are received & processed securely by PayPal. (For more information regarding PayPal, visit http://www.paypal.com).

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept credit card payments over the phone. If you wish to use this method of payment please order online.
Direct Bank Deposit (Australian residents only)
Orders placed within Australia can also be paid via direct bank deposit. If you prefer this method, please place your order with Sun and Snow directly via email/phone (do not complete checkout/online payment process) and we will provide an order reference number with banking details. Orders are processed once funds have cleared. For urgent orders we recommend payment via PayPal.
Australia Post Money Orders
Obtainable from any Australia Post outlet. If you prefer this method, please place your order with us directly via email/phone (do not complete checkout/online payment process) and we will issue you with an order reference number. Orders are processed once funds have cleared.
